Payment Methods

We accept the following payments.
Please note that we do not except payment in USD, EURO, or any other currency except JPY since the exchange rate is changing daily.

Paypal

We have started accepting payment by Paypal from June, 2009. If you would like to arrange payment by Paypal, please send us your e-mail address which you are using for your Paypal account. Upon receipt of your e-mail address, we would send you a payment request to your Paypal account.

Please note that we ship items only to the shipping address which is shown on your Paypal account due to security and auditorial reasons.

Timing of Shipment

Your order is sent to you after your payment is fully completed. In principle, it usually takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and arrange shipment of your order.

However, due to stock conditions, circumstances of our suppliers or our stores are in the busy period, there is a possibility that the dispatch of your order is delayed.

We will send you a "Shipping Confirmation" and EMS tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery by EMS normally takes between 5-7 days.

Delivery time depends on which country your order is shipped.

Tax & Duty

No Japanese consumption tax is required for your purchase.

However, there is a possiblity that you may need to pay some certain amount of duty when receiving your order in your country.

We are not aware of a duty in your country. Therefore, if you would like to know it before you place your order, please contact your local custom office.

Shipping

We use Japan EMS and DHL shipping service.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when you select your destination. 



The shipping charge including full value of insurance by EMS will be:

Asia (2 - 9 days)

USA, Australia, Canada (2 - 6days)

Europe United Kingdom ,Germany, France Rissian Federation (2 - 6days)

After shipping, We will provide the tracking number and its website.

We do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Kazakhstan due to EMS advice and problem of shipping safety to those countries.  Import duties and any related charges will be paid by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by the custom. The seller is not responsible for uninsured package in case of loss.

Returns and Cancellation

  Though the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account if you have paid on its balance, you will receive the refund via the credit card company.
And it will take a few days to have the refund processed to your credit card, so please keep that in mind.

We can accept returns under the following circumstances;

(a) What you received does not match the information our international sales staff provided you with.

(b) Damage caused during shipping. Please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately.

(c) The product you received is defective.

(d) You received a different item to what our staff informed you they were shipping. In the case of any of these reasons, please email our staff within 24 hours and make the subject of your email "Return request". Please be as specific with the details as possible.

Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.

A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.

For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.

Damage from Shipping

If there is any damage as a result of a shipping accident, we will need to proceed with the shipping insurance for the damage.

In this case we need a damage report written by EMS (Your local delivery company, post office or EMS dealer) to proceed the insurance.

You (the receiver) will need to contact to the company who made your local delivery yourself and prepare the damage report the insurance.

About ship to Australia
from 1st Jan 2020, Australia post changed the shipping rules, Australia post won't carry big size package from now on(over 105cm size), we only ship to Australia by DHL, and we will additional charge the shipping fee of Australia guitar, bass and so on other big size orders. 

About Corona Virus
Due to the current Corona virus emergency situation, EMS couldn't delivery to some countries at this moment, only DHL works, but DHL shipping fee is very expensive so this price we can't including shipping fee. Case by case we need charge the additional shipping fee from you.

ATTENTION
During the Corona Virus when it is not lifted, whether shipment via EMS or DHL , any reason the item be returned back to us,  the buyer need take the responsibility of the shipping fees,  If buyer finished the payment and not accept this policy, please MUST BE contact us cancel the order BEFORE shipment, if buyer didn't contact us We consider the buyer agree to this clause and we will processing the order normally,  we don't refund the full amount after shipment(after ship out refund is minus shipping fee partial refund).
